Before entering real estate, Steve Muco spent more than a decade working in social services, supporting youth and families through some of the most challenging moments in their lives. That experience shaped the way he serves clients today, teaching him the importance of listening carefully, advocating with purpose, and creating a safe, supportive environment where people feel respected and understood.

He brings that same people-first approach to every real estate transaction. Whether helping clients buy, sell, lease, or invest, his focus is on guiding families through decisions that can impact their future for generations. As someone with a young family of his own, he understands that home is more than a place — it is where children grow, memories are made, and life happens.

Outside of real estate, he is passionate about investments, financial growth, and helping people create long-term security. He believes real estate can be one of the most powerful tools for building wealth and changing a family’s future. At the same time, he also believes that housing is a human right and that everyone deserves a place where they feel secure, respected, and proud to call home.
